These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the services provided by apthandoverx, a website operating at apthandoverx.link, with its principal place of business at Office 602, Al Fattan Marine Towers, Dubai Marina, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
apthandoverx offers the following professional services:
- Legal review of apartment handover documents
- Snag-check coordination for residential properties
2. Subscription and Delivery
Service engagement begins once you complete our booking process and payment is received. You will receive confirmation via email or telephone.
3. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, grant access to relevant documents and property locations, and respond promptly to communications to facilitate our services.
4. Fees and Payment
Service fees are listed on apthandoverx.link and are due in full at the time of booking. Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of services.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Professional Services
Due to the preparatory and scheduling commitments involved in our Legal review and snag-check coordination services, all service fees are non-refundable. You may request a one-time rescheduling at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment by submitting a request via our contact form. Rescheduled appointments are subject to availability and must occur within 60 days of the original date.
5.2 Information Products
Digital information products such as guides and templates are eligible for a refund if the request is made within 7 days of purchase and the product has not been downloaded. To request a refund, complete the form via our contact form including your order details. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
5.3 Goods
Physical goods purchased through apthandoverx may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via our contact form. Return shipping costs are borne by the purchaser unless the item is defective or incorrect. Upon inspection and acceptance, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule professional services by providing notice at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service fee.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, apthandoverx’s liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you under these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
